This website replaces the Customers.WeberBasin.Gov portal, which will be removed from service in April 2027. MyWaterUtah.Org has the same functionality and features, including the ability to view meter information from all partnering entities.
How to access your Weber Basin meter data
I know my Customers.WeberBasin.Gov email and password
Simply enter those credentials at MyWaterUtah.Org/Login. Your account will be automatically created and your meter linked. No further action required.
I have a Customers.WeberBasin.Gov account but don't know my password
Go to https://customers.weberbasin.gov/Account/Forgot and type in your email. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once complete, use those credentials to log in here and your account and meter will be linked automatically.
I have a MyWaterUtah.Org account but can't see my Weber Basin meter data
Contact the District and a staff member will link your account to your meter. Please have your home address and registered email address ready.
